  • Customizable Reports: You can select any combination of fields and customize their order and sorting, fonts and font colors, header, footer, page setup, etc. and generate and print Reports, Mailing Labels or Envelopes.

* To be able dial, send SMS and import/export contacts using the Open Circle Contact Manager software, you need to have a Hayes compatible Data/Fax/Voice/Speakerphone modem installed in your system. Though not all, most external/internal modems and mobile phones are Hayes compatible. To check if your Mobile Phone is compatible with the Open Circle Contact Manager to dial, send SMS and import/export contacts, install your Mobile Phone's driver, connect it to your computer and then go to Check Mobile's compatibility to Dial, SMS, Import & Export from the Tools menu.
